1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aether Lunar mobile application ("App") operated by Aether Lunar ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription

Aether Lunar offers optional premium subscription plans that unlock extended calendar access and additional features. Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy

4. Content & Accuracy

All moon phase data, lunar calendar information, Maramataka (Māori lunar calendar) content, and zodiac guidance provided in the App is for informational and spiritual purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of this content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of Aether Lunar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of notes and personal content you create within the App. By storing content through the App, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your personal notes for any other purpose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Lunar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
